Epoch Wealth Management

Epoch are a fast growing Wealth Management Company in Bath who approached Rathbourne whilst they were in the process of securing a 2500 sqft of office space at the well known area of Bath, Queen Square House (QSH).

On a number of occasions, Rathbourne were invited to view the space at QSH and agreed that we felt the office would offer an opportunity to create a fantastic working environment for their ever expanding and truly motivated staff.

Epoch appointed Rathbourne in the early phase to lead the office renovation project, which in turn enabled Rathbourne to appoint The Interior Design Company (Bath based) and AJB (London creative design company) to collaboratively deliver bespoke cabinetry alongside a practical yet luxury working space. Rathbourne had previously had the luxury of working alongside AJB on various projects and felt the combination of Rathbourne’s Project Management services and AJB’s ability to bring concept through to design and delivery would be a perfect match for Epoch and their discerning tastes.

Rathbourne, the interior designer & AJB then began the process of understanding how Epoch would live and work within the space and so began creating a brief. It was clear that Epoch wanted to take into account their existing clients whilst enticing new, a balance that was very important to get right. The team quickly delivered a brief the client loved, using Epoch’s strong colours, clever division of space, floating walls, glass partitioning, bespoke desking solutions and a mix of classic furniture to create that all important balance for their clients.

UKTV Hammersmith

At this extraordinary west London development can be found the inspirational and distinctive new office facility for leading television company UKTV. As Project Manager, James worked alongside London design and fabrication company Aldworth James & Bond. Together they worked with Penson, one of Europe’s leading and most-recognised interior design and architecture studios, who developed the architectural design for the office’s visual centre piece: a custom, ergonomic staircase connecting the previously separate levels of the space.

Panoramic Associates

“A fun, motivating work space with spacious breakout and meeting areas”. That was the client brief from Panoramic Associates, a renowned senior level staffing firm based in Bristol.

Studio37, one of Rathbourne’s key interior designers on the commercial arm, suggested Rathbourne to the client. This collaboration of Rathbourne with Studio37 was a perfect partnership to enable the client’s specification to be met. Rathbourne’s keen eye for structural renovation and methodical office spacing and Studio37 with their attention to detail, finish and impressive lighting solutions meant the clients brief was easily met on time and to budget.
