Having worked with the client on previous builds, Rathbourne had the privilege to work once again with this client & this time on a particularly distinguished property.
This 1970’s renovation project undertook a complete makeover from the inside out, utilizing stone & wood cladding, large glass picture windows & bespoke flooring details throughout.
Whilst the client had the final say over internal choices & structural designs, Rathbourne took full lead on this stunning property.
