Walnut Tree Hill is a new build project that was assigned to Rathbourne by a client residing in the UAE. The completed build is an impressive, 3-storey 6000sq-ft property with an array of leisure facilities, including: air source background ventilation, cinematic room, state of the art gym equip with a Jacuzzi & Sauna.
Rathbourne worked closely with the client right from the word go, from the initial concept, through to the practical implications & planning restrictions from local planners. It was important for Rathbourne to ensure that discussions were maintained throughout the project, especially with the client being based overseas & regardless of different time zones. This gave the client confidence as well an important role with the final sign offs.
Once again, Rathbourne appointed their in-house Interior Designer, who worked through interior layouts, plans & finishes with the client to ensure a smooth transition from build phase to final handover. The results speak for themselves!
